I need abstractors in IN, KY, AL & WV. My name is Chris and I work for The Accurate Group, our headquaters are in charlotte, NC. We have recently signed up with a new client that requires what I call a simple search, what this is, is a modified 1 owner search. I send the order sheet and attached is a write up sheet. All I need is the write up sheet filled out and a copy of the current deed. Here is where it gets fun, there is a 24 hour turn time on these orders and I can pay $35.00 per search. There are estimates of 100's of these orders per month in each of the states listed above. Our company pays on the 15th and 30th of each month, if anyone is interested please contact me.
