We've worked for Select Business Services for years...probably a decade.  Checks come from CBC Companies in Ohio, although Select's address is in PA.  We have NEVER had any issues with them whatsoever (and we cover the entire state of Michigan).  And their orders were always easy, clean refi's.  Maybe they have different mortgage companies that they're dealing with in different states, but they certainly haven't been a problem for me.
