Many years ago I did current owner searches for a company out of Syracuse, NY. They were fine for a while and then suddenly stopped paying and disappeared. I had to list about 5 months worth of work and bad debt to the IRS. Fast forward 6 years and my memory had lost all track of them but I suddenly got an order from a company named    ECLIPSE REAL ESTATE- out of - guess- yup- Syracuse, NY. I think I spoke with someone at the office who assured me that they were not the same company that had a bad rap in Syracuse way back when. You know how this is going to end. Same people (I'm guessing) different company name and again- non payment for orders done last July. I have called so many times and emailed until one time the operator said I couldn't talk to the AP person because "she's in a meeting with the IRS".  That sort of sums it up, doesn't it? Fooled me twice!
