They're from India, but out of Atlanta.  They're a pain in the neck to deal with.  Expect emails from India at midnight and not being able to decipher their messages the next day.  You'll get to jump through hoop after hoop before you get to even start receiving orders.  They email incessantly wanting updates.  It's money, and they do pay, but I guess you have to ask if you think they're really worth it.
