We Cover Michigan - Mathew Raya/MI

Thank you for taking the time to review our information.   American Servicing Corporation prides itself on offering the most comprehensive tax, title and document management/legal courier services to our valued clients across Metro Detroit and throughout the State of Michigan. We truly believe in creating working relationships with our clients and give our client the best customer service they deserve.

We believe in doing whatever it takes to initiate, maintain and grow solid customer connections. Our flexibility and innovation allow us to adapt to your changing business needs. We tailor our searches to exactly what you need.
We are a three part company. We have a legal courier department that is dedicated to driving to all the major Counties, cities, townships and villages.  We have a second department that spends all day contacting all of Michigan’s County, City and Village treasurers to obtain Taxes along with, inside and outside special assessments.  Our last department is an abstract service.  This team is broken down into multiple team in itself.  We have multiple abstractors in every county of Michigan, searching the Register of Deeds.  Our information come straight from the County and not from a third party system.  We have a customer service team that is strictly there to answer your questions. We have a Processing team that goes through your file when it comes back from the abstract that reviews the file to make sure everything is there that you need.  And we have an Ordering and Data entry team that receives your application and orders them in our system. We also have available to you an online system that allows you to order your searches 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  When you order the order in our online system it automatically sends the order directly to the abstractors.  We send your searches back to you anyway that you need them (PDF, TIF and or Fax).  We also upload your searches in our system so you can go back at a later date and retrieve what was sent to you.
We try to keep our turntime for the Lower Peninsula 24 to 48 hours and for the Upper Peninsula 24 to 72 hour.  Most of the county in Michigan are Grantor/Grantee searches so we do run into files with extensive names searches that might hold up a file a little longer then the average turntime.   We are also a company, like all, that loves to grow.  If there is a service that you need done in Michigan we are always willing to research what we need to do to complete that service for you.
If you are interest in learning more on what American Servicing Corporation has to offer or you’re interested in more information.  Please visit our website at www.americanservicing.com and/or please feel free to contact me at
248-341-5003.
Again thank you for taking to time to review this information and I am looking forward in talking to you and creating a working relationship.
