TitleSoft Announces RESPA 2010 Compliance for its INTELLAclose for Windows Settlement Platform

MAITLAND, Fla., October 9, 2009 - TitleSoftâ, Inc., a leading-edge software development corporation, is pleased to announce its workhorse INTELLAcloseä for Windowsâ Title and Closing Platform has been enhanced over this past year to satisfy or exceed all provisions of the January 1, 2010 Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

            Since launch in 2000, TitleSoft has maintained a passionate commitment to evolve its solutions based upon industry hungers, business dynamics, and in this instance, account for new regulatory and related Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) amendments. Today, TitleSoft is again working to meet ever-higher production standards.

The new INTELLAclose Version 6 platform that includes RESPA enhancements and premium Customer Fee Engine is being delivered in the forth quarter of 2009.
