Abstracting is not something  for which you can use a program  or a word processor...not as easy as that... It is a profession...Granted, a lot of States are on-line, to gather the information...but...a substantial amount of training is involved...For myself, I was a real estate agent, notary public, paralegal and then was trained by a title company...and eventually opened my own title service...This is a solid, always challenging profession and I still love doing it, even after 17 years...
