Just a note to add that Virginia is rapidly moving towards having all title examiners be certified, and later licensed by the Commonwealth. This currently includes taking a 16 hour class that is only available in person and passing a test. Once licensing is required, it will require the accumulation of continuing education credits to maintain the license.
