I  have been titlesearching in eastern Pa for over 30 years now.  Had my own business for 18 years, so yes, I know the drill with shady companies, but thanks. 

And I personally have very little use or patience with the new technology currently implemented as we are constantly bombarded with warnings regarding ID theft, among other things.  Online retrieval of documents and court cases has only assisted in that arena enormously.  While it is nice to sit in the office at times to search, rather than go out in the rain, etc.. to the courthouse, it has taken so much from local searchers and assisted the overseas market.  In fact, one of the reasons that I am no longer owner of my own business was due to a large chunk of my clientele utilizing this technology, not necessarily utilizing it well, but the only concern is final cost not quality.  Does "Greenlink" ring a bell with you by chance?  Disastrous to so many of us.

Also, as I no longer write my own paychecks, I do not necessarily have control of the work orders being processed.
