Slow in Connecticut too. There seem to be numerous problems. One is that there is little inventory on the market. The cheap foreclosure properties have been pretty much bought already. Sellers are not willing to put their homes up for sale for fear of taking a loss on the deflated prices of the recession.
Another problem is that rising interest rates are discouraging people from refinancing.
I am sure the shut down will not help the situation.
