First, you should name the companies making the request so others know before they respond what is coming.  Don't be afraid to 'out' the out-sourcers.  The product they generate is inferior and is being used to the detriment of the consumer and the public records.  Any US abstractor doing the work for these people or any title attorney examining these 'faux' titles will soon be out of biz for non-payment or from claims.  No one else is going to protect you.  I would hope each of you are either in NAILTA or NALTEA or other such group that exposes such abuses in this industry.  Shame on those of you who are sitting on the sidelines taking no stance.  If you want to save the integrity you have, then stand up and speak out!
