I haven't had one issue with payment. The uploading process is very troubling though. My assignor was made aware 3 weeks ago. No resolution. I finally did bite the bullet and purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro so I could optimize the size of my .pdf's, hoping that would work. When I do submit now, I get the same old message, "An Unexpected Error Occurred".

For a while, I was able to convert the optimized .pdf into separate .tiff images and those uploads worked. It is time consuming however and takes about 10 minutes per average order. Now, those uploads aren't working.
