I agree with your post completely.  One of the responsibilities we take on when we go into business, is to pay ourselves - last.  We've all had a hard time the last couple of years, and I certainly know what it's like to stretch a dollar so thin I can see through it in order to pay those I owe on time.  Hopefully, our payments will come soon.  ( It would be nice if it came in time for Christmas, but I'm losing hope in that ).
