I believe in business and the laws that surround the rules of business.

 I can see you make zero... and extend no one grace.  You are what we call the key board warrior and most here poke fun at the key board warriors.

 I believe in my fellow business partners since I have been in business with many of the same partners for over 40 years, some over 50.

I do NOT believe in key board warriors who bash and look for credit and want or look for attention for every post on this board. 

 Just an FYI George.   My first post here, one comment was on Avanzee and I got paid FIRST.  I told my fellow abstracters they too will be paid.  I believe they grew too fast.  I extended grace, and applied the rules of business, because that happened to me once.  This is NOT a business one learns over days.  Many times it takes months or years, SO.  In final, you keep being the key board warrior, and I will follow the rules of business, grace and kindness to my fellow  business partners.

 Nick (SoCal), has ALWAYS paid his bills.  It maybe his clients, that need to be paid first.  His business it not my business.  Nick is as fair and honest as the most partners I find.
