I have expanded my area of coverage to 10 counties in northern Wisconsin, but am finding it more and more difficult to find the time to market my business.  I have been giving some thought to hiring a person strictly for marketing.  Does anyone have experience in this area?  How would you compensate for such a position?  I'm thinking a base pay and commission, but not sure how to do so.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
