INDIANA HB 1175
I AM STRONGLY URGING THAT THIS BILL NOT GET PASSED!!!!!!!
OUR CLOSING FEES WILL GO SKY HIGH! IT WILL COST OUR DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEES TO GO UP - ANY RESEARCH UPON OUR LAND OR RESEARCH OF OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM WILL COST MORE - IT WILL COST EVERYONE MORE!!! VOTE NO!!! 100,000,000 TIMES VOTE NO!!!

I CAN'T BELEIVE THAT ANY ATTORNEY THAT DOES THEIR OWN RESEARCH, INDOT, TITLE COMPANIES, SURVEYORS, MORTGAGE BROKERS; LOOKING FOR A LEAD, REALITORS, COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCION COMPANIES AND OTHERS THAT DO ANY RESEARCH ON A DAILY BASIS DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS!!

THIS BILL CANNOT PASS! BUT IT WILL; IF WE DONT HAVE OUR EYES OPEN...EVERY ABSTRACTOR & UNDERWRITING TRANSACTION ACROSS OUR STATE WILL BE AFFECTED. THAT MEANS EVERY TRANSACTION THAT NEEDS GOVERNMENT RESEARCH COMPLETED FOR UNDERWRITING APPROVAL; ALL OF THOSE FEES - WILL SKY ROCKET!!!

& THE GAS PRICES ARE ALREADY KILLING US JUST TO GET TO ALL OF THE COUNTIES,

I SURE DIDN'T SEE THIS COMING!  IF THIS GETS SIGNED IN TO INDIANA LAW  IS YOUR STATE NEXT?
