I never received any information from the original poster.  From my inquiries, I've found that they do title searches only.  They do not write title insurance.  I received positive feedback from the few Arkansas clients that I spoke with.  I don't find that they are in violation of any of the Arkansas Insurance Code.  They are currently in good standing with the Arkansas Secretary of State's office.
