Nancy and American Insurance Professionals did serve me well in the past, and it is good they formed a relationship with Fox Point. Other companies would do well to do the same or come up with similar product. In fairness to Fox Point however, I was with AIP when I got my new almost doubled rate, which is what led me to find Fox Point. They were a referral from the Virginia Land Title Association.

I found Megan at Fox Point's responsiveness and service  to be right on, with same day response to emails, calls returned quickly, and informative status updates. They were understandably swamped at first with the demand for their new product, but even so, it was a joy to work with them, same as with Nancy. My rate was more than half the price I had been paying for years. This was one time when too good to be true was true.

I am only sharing to give credit where it's due. Fox Point acted as an active advocate for us by working to create this new product and going out of their way to take care of us little guys. Nancy, too, has always done good work, but I did find the process with Fox Point to be easier and smoother than anyone I have ever used.
