I haven't had any issues with payment from Avanze. Granted, I am speaking of bulk orders, which seems to be not what you are speaking of, but payment came through within 24 hours, if not the same day in fact. I'm sorry you had this or are having this experience, rather. I'm not an attorney, so i can exactly help you facilitate, but did you try reaching out to Jeevan? He is very helpful and by all my experiences throughout the years working with him, at whatever company he is at, including Avanze, he is very upstanding and answers emails very promptly.
