Thanks, Jess! Actually, I just started on a new project running coal titles out of Somerset County.  It’s a 2-3 month ticket that’s paying almost 20% more than my last gig, and it’s close to home, which is also a big plus.

Everyone I’ve talked to around here says o & g work has slowed down in this area, so I’m glad I have this to tide me over until things start to pick up again.  I’ve been looking to use the downtime to get more clients into my book like you and I talked about, but every time I settle down to start prospecting, I get called out for another project.  Nevertheless, I'm grateful to have the work.
