It seems unconscionable to me that anyone would contract an order and not intend to pay for it from the beginning, but from the things I've read on these forums, it seems to happen more than I would have thought.  I would like to see a more clear avenue for recourse in recouping those fees, particularly in the cases where the principles of a company just shut the doors and open under a new name.
