Gee, I hope that's not the case.  I have heard that two of the larger banks either have, or will soon, sever their ties with all but the big three title underwriters.  I'm not quite clear on what's going on with it, or whether it has anything to do with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) rules now under consideration.  As an employee of a title agent, I sure am interested to find out where this is all going.
