I too had problems getting paid by this company.  They owed me money from work I did back in July.   They sent me another search request about a week ago and I refused to do the work until I was paid in full.  They paid me in full and apologized profusely and said it would never happen again.....I do not talk to them on the phone I respond through e-mail and the gentleman who issues the checks is Erich and I also communicated with Vin.  The e-mail address I used is searches@moretiles.com.  Good luck!
