If I have to pay their fees, they can pay for my E & O insurance! This issue must be addressed immediately by ALL the Land Title Associations. I'm already vetted by my Underwriter AND my insurance carrier. If we all keep quiet about this, it will continue. Now is the time to speak up TITLE AGENTS!!!!
