Good idea which might help turn opinion away from outsourcing. Someone from out of the country could not possibly perform a search safely and reliably in the counties I work in. Experience and first hand knowledge of the indivudual courthouses is necessary otherwise things will be missed.  Buyer beware only works if the buyer has a clue they need to even be aware.
