Leigh's summary of this company is perfect.  We stopped doing their work here in Montgomery County Pennsylvania for exactly all of the same reasons.  They might pay on time, but the copy requests, the amount of time spent trying to overcome the language barrier and lack of training for their staff will want to make you pull your hair out.
