Donna... I have exhausted my state's law for this... and nothing unless I missed something... I've asked several attorneys and nothing....going to ask a judge friend and see... but I think the clerks have immunity while the court itself and state could be liable.  Nice thing about it... as long as my client approves how I submit the search...and they must do so... and because the court conducts the searches.... I am simply the messenger..... the court has to deal with the big guns.
