I was asked to give a quote for a five year search.  The properties were both bought in 2022.  So I asked what do you need in a five year search because I have never heard of such a thing.  Im sure that they just wanted the cheapest price.  I quoted them our normal current owner price.  I would still have to do the same amount of work as usual.
