I have been calling twice a week since January still trying to get them to pay for (1) "Rush" search I did last July! (Somewhere between October to December they had there phone # disconnected, and it was only by a fellow abstractor on SOT that I found a working number so I could start calling them again...(702) 953-6066.)  Good Luck collecting.
