I'm glad to hear that.  I've been a big fan of Nancy for a long time.  She is very knowledgeable about E&O insurance, and I think that is important.  E&O is a different kind of insurance and most abstractors aren't really familiar with how it works.  It really helps to have a good agent to explain things.
