I had the same thing happen with my car insurance last year, and when I called the company I was told there was so much fraud going on in Florida, the gal I was speaking with at the insurance company gave me an "example" of 1 woman who has the same accident at the same street corner 3 X's in a row, and they didn't catch the fraud till the 3rd time.

My response was oh so now I am paying for your companies incompetence? She thought about what I said and responded, yes I guess you are.
