Its very simple, if the client wants a certain effective date and the county is not up to that date, we hold onto the order until it is, and let the client know. Then we do the search once the effective date they want is the current date.
I would never put an effective date on a search that wasn't the correct effective date, and I can't see clients wanting that either.
