It is a shame because they are very nice people and we did their work for 9 years! However, the last few years has been rediculous trying to get paid in a timely manner and I just wasted too many hours following up and producing new delinquency lists. They also had a bad habit of ordering the search then following up with a request for copies, they would then pay you for the copies and not for the search! Everytime we would submit a past due list they would come back and say that it was paid in check number so-so when only the copies were paid for! Didn't matter whether you talked to a live voice or submitted a list....it would come back with the same response everytime!
