This  was very interesting to read! 

As it happens my husband and I are going to see our attorney next week for some estate planning. I had never given this particular concept a thought, although I was aware of the look back period etc. in our state. 

I think I may be asking my attorney some other questions as it relates to keeping the assets my husband and I have worked for during our entire life in the hands of our children and grandchildren rather than the government.
