We too had to cut them off until they are 100% paid up on their past invoices. They are slowy getting it paid down.  We've decided that if they want us to do their work, they're going to have to either provide a credit card number to bill the invoices to or send us a check to put in their account that the invoices would be deducted from (just like we do with the County Recorders for our copy expenses). That's the two options they'll have with us...other than a third option of not doing business with us anyone and trying to find someone else to do their searches & recordings.
