Chris,

 We stopped using you because you don't have E&O.  Our largest client told us we couldn't use you because you had no E&O and then we had another client tell us the same thing after I sent that last order to you.  I wasn't going to send you any more work until you got E&O after the last order I sent, so when you said you wouldn't do it, I just cancelled with you and sent it to someone else.

I have always enjoyed working with you and would definitely continue to send you work if you had E&O.

There is a payment being processed for you and you should receive a check next week.  Our oldest bill to you is less than 30 days old.
