The request to complete 5 searches turned into 30 searches in a couple of days.  I requested a physical address for their company and was given a P.O. box number in Maryland.  Since what I'd initially read  about the company was somewhat negative, I requested prepayment of the search fees (something I've never done before) with copy fees billed later.  They would not agree to that request but assured me I would receive payment net 30.  They were polite but firm.  So was I, and I declined the search requests.
