Ok I will clarify.  Whats the point of a 2 owner on a refi?  Is the prior owner refinancing?  No.  So who cares about a prior owner? 

And whats the point of a 60 year commercial search?  The rule was 40 years because mortgages had a 30 year life.   Often I take good in less than the 40 year anyway.
