We have had issues getting paid from multiple branches and offices. Even the commercial divisions have not paying promptly. 

Since I posted to a client that their pending request won't be completed until we are paid, they have reached out to my bookkeeper, but there has yet to be any promise of payment from them, just that they are looking into it now. This is what we were told they were doing earlier this year when I sent them the batches of their requests.
