Source of Title Forums: Re: What States Requires Abstractors to be Licensed

I think we got this info from a client and I believe it is correct as opposed to controversial. But it would be good to hear from abstractors in these states.

STATES IN WHICH A LICENSE IS NEEDED: a copy of the active license for each state applicable (ie: Arkansas, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming)
