I actually have another client who requested that searches be returned to them with the bar coded cover sheet up front - but there were very nice (& pretty funny) about how they handled it.  I was told that if I mistakenly sent the title through without the cover sheet as the front page I might not get paid for the search because it would be lost in their system, so it was very much up to me to make sure that I sent it through correctly unless I wanted to spend my days resending orders over and over and over again
