We also use CutePDF and we are extremely high volume here -- including massive commercial orders.  Cute works wonderfully and it can append as many pieces as necessary -- you just have to set it up that way (to always append).   We actually use Cute with every single order:  ALL outgoing (to the abstractors) and a lot of incoming (and then to clients) where the abstractor faxes in. -- Alix
