About a decade ago,  I remember a  mineral project where in a meeting we were  ask to PDF our Title Chain.   I ask the project manager  where I could get a Free or cheap PDF software.  She said "you are professionals, ... professionals have the proper tools...:  At the time that kind of stung...but today I tell my abstractors the same thing.

Acrobat is the industry leading software.  Yes its expensive.  But they offer a 19.99 a month subscription.  Your printer should offer PDF software but its not necessarily the best software for your project.

There are multiple posts on this website about dealing and competing with offshore companies.  The difference?  PROFESSIONALISM!!!!  I have the knowledge and experience yes, but its the software and the ability to give the client the format or additional GIS, CAD,  or other visual product they need to complete their title reports.

Today, I tell clients I only PDF title reports.  If you want Fax or Mail you pay extra.   This makes it easier for me and them.....if you want to survive you have to wake up to the modern world.

As to the file being too large to email, you need to use a cloud based system.  Instead of emailing in multiple documents, upload the file to a drop box like google drive, Microsoft One Drive, dropbox or  such.  I generally set up an account for different vendors.
