Yes -- We are in the same boat, we were stiffed by Genesis, and then they disappeared and shortly there after RED eDocs came along, and yet again we got stiffed. I had faith in the beginning, but then one of the girls on the phone said Nick was the Operations Manager, and I knew it was owned by him by they way she spoke about him.  We are in the process of turning our past due over to our attorneys office for collection. Good thing they are in Michigan, as it gives us an avenue to collect, and we will be able to collect for both companies past dues.  Hope this information helps. 

 I would greatly hope all of this is just a mistake and they will pay their bills with everyone, as we all hope in this business.
