Well, this shows the challenge that is going to face blockchain technology. It is only as good as the data entry personnel (GIGO).

 Think of blockchain as an old-style Abstract of Title, built in real-time. If the data is entered properly, then all of the events that you outline would be part of the blockchain. The advantage of blockchain is that it is automatically 'backed up' and (supposedly) cannot be altered without leaving tracks.

 Also, blockchain will only be a 'go forward' chain. Anything prior to the implementation of the blockchain will still have to be searched the old fashioned way.

That is a simplistic outline as I understand it of how the technology applies to titlework.
