I was hoping somewhere on here might have definitive answers. I had very similar questions as you and was told it would be the responsibility of the two parties involved for that "block" to ensure accurate information. Seems like a big problem to me. So the lenders will have to train their people appropriately. Like James said, garbage in, garbage out. Block chain sounds like a huge undertaking and I can only hope it takes forever for it to be the standard.
