I've read the thread in its entirety and I concur with James Powell.

In sum, I believe the blockchain technology (spelled as one word) would transform the real estate industry including the title insurance sub-industry but it would be a slow and long process, thus, it appears no need to worry about your current job for now.

I should add, I'm impressed by James Powell's insights.
