I have a client buying property in Clinton County, NY. It is raw land and he is paying cash. The seller told him that she has an attorney to handle her end of the matter and that he can use the same attorney or get this own.
I don't know anything about New York and the client wants to know what is customary in this County. Also, what fees he may incur in the transaction.
The sales price is 76K.
Can anyone offer any insight, referrals or other help?
