Well, of course you know I'm going to disagree with you on that last point.  Our elected leaders have spent us into oblivion over the past decade and the money simply isn't there anymore.  We citizens are always being asked to do with less and it's high time the government started "doing with less", IMHO.  Just my 2¢.
