This company also D/B/A Tri State Abstracting. They ran up search fees from December 2010 thru January 2011 in Pennsylvania and haven't paid a dime. I have left a dozen phone messages, 6 faxes and 14 emails with no return calls from Leah Dominguez.. When they don't pay and refuse to answer phone messages it is time to post!
